1 - 16oz box Mexican Velveeta
1 - 16oz box Regular Velveeta
1 roll mild sausage
1 lb lean ground beef
1 can creme of mushroom soup
1 jar salsa
Brown beef & sausage. Cube cheese & toss in with meat. Add soup & salsa & heat on high until well mixes.
Then I serve it just the way Leanne does -- in a small crockpot to keep warm and serve
